There’s Nothing To See. I Used To Live Here, You Know.

Listening: somewhere in my archives is a Led Zeppelin playlist I created about four years ago. I’ve evolved since then so today I’m building a better, stronger, faster Led Zeppelin playlist.

Reading: Chemistry for Dummies. I’m also reading Popular Mechanics (Apr 2013). My reading has stalled the past few days because I’ve been working on my Ultimate Nerdy Bucket List. Hey, hey, what can I say?

Doing:  I already broke my promise not to buy anything unnecessary. I went to the pharmacy last night and I saw this, so I bought it. And, maybe this as well. I can’t resist anything Luke Skywalker.

Oh, I also joined Storify and made a story of some of my favourite recent tweets.

Eating:  I figured out it’s sugar that has been causing all my stomach aches lately and making me feel really uncomfortable. So now I’m trying to be even more diligent with tracking my carbs and sugar intake.

Drinking: a cup of coffee (or 2). If you’re curious, I’m drinking Black Tie Affair by Western Family. It smells like a campfire and I like it.

Wearing: jeans and my “Caffeine Molecule” t-shirt from Thinkgeek. I like the green symbol on blue background. As an aside, dark teal and green were a popular colour combination in the early 1970s. It was not a good combination and proves that some colour combinations can go very wrong if not done with care.

Feeling: I was really grumpy this morning. Woke up and there was about 3 cm of snow on the ground. It just feels like Spring is never going get here.

Weather: don’t even get me started…it’s -2C and partially sunny… whatever.

Wanting: warmth and sunshine. I wish Canada had an equivalent to California because I’d live there.

Needing: I don’t need anything. I’m good.

Thinking: up my to-do list which includes getting an oil change and tune-up for my truck. I’ll be going home in a few weeks so I have to make sure to get my truck ready for the long drive.

Enjoying: I’ll tell you what I’m not enjoying. I’m not enjoying sitting outside at the lake in the warm sunshine drinking iced coffee. Why? Because apparently sunshine, warmth, and happiness doesn’t exist in northern Alberta.

My favourite scene from any movie, ever.
